Job summary

Lazada Philippines is seeking a strategic Sales & Operations Planning lead to translate business ambitions into actionable sales and inventory plans, securing product availability and optimizing GMV. The role blends data-driven insights with cross-functional execution to drive Retail growth in the Philippine market.

In this position you will own monthly planning, manage inventory risk, collaborate across Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain, and build capability across the team while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in demand or sales planning, preferably in Retail, FMCG or e-commerce; prior experience managing a small team of 2-3 people is a plus
• Solid experience in demand forecasting and inventory management, with the ability to leverage historical data, seasonality, promotions and market insights to generate accurate and actionable forecasts
• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel; experience in BI/forecasting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, SAP IBP, etc.) is a must
• High proficiency in Excel and Macros; working knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of aligning and influencing across functions

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly sales planning process, delivering accurate GMV and profitability forecasts
• Optimize inventory levels to avoid slow-moving stock and maintain healthy working capital
• Conduct analysis of commercial agreements and sales performance to generate insights and strengthen negotiation outcomes
• Collaborate with regional team to review and enhance the overall sales planning process
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution and data-driven decisions
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic projects that drive measurable value for Retail

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
