Tap Growth ai in the Philippines invites an experienced Procurement Manager / Demand Planning Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, and demand planning operations. You will drive procurement strategies and align with inventory goals to support growth.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement with leadership, strong supplier management and contract negotiation, and a track record in retail, trading, or distribution advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain with leadership experience.
• Strong supplier management, strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and performance.
• Oversee purchasing activities in line with policies and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock, reducing excess inventory.
• Analyze market trends and supply risks to support decisions.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, pricing, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoices, payments, and billing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations to management.
