Job summary

Cloud Ecommerce is seeking an experienced Merchandising Specialist to drive stock and sales performance across assigned brand partners in the Philippines. You will forecast trends, manage inventories, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has proven merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for market trends to create engaging campaigns and optimize sell-through.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in merchandising.
• Creative with experience identifying target audiences and campaigns.
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts, monitors, and analyzes sales trends, sales performances, and revenue of handled brand/s.
• Prepares purchase orders considering demands and activities set by both parties.
• Ensures proper stock levels are met at any given time (sales to stock ratio is at par, sufficient buffer stock and etc.).
• Monitors and evaluates sell through of ordered merchandise through analysis of sales data.
• Monitors the delivery of ordered items and ensuring compliance to the delivery schedule set by suppliers.
• Coordinates the delivery up until inbounding of items with warehouse and other related groups.
• Manage inventory levels. Coordinates and aligns with accounts executives and brand partners on stock issues.
