Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in demand planning or similar roles.
• Experience in high‑volume, fast‑moving environments.
• Proven SAP APO expertise and advanced analytics ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting across multiple sales divisions with accuracy and accountability.
• Translate commercial demand signals into executable supply requirements for OTIF.
• Drive local SI&OP processes and deliver demand scenarios and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with Sales to validate assumptions and integrate market intelligence.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, supply reliability and inventory health.
• Mentor and coach planners to uphold best‑in‑class planning discipline.
