Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives operational effectiveness in day-to-day team operations.
• Oversees diverse functions supporting sales teams and country operations.
• Supports deployment of new processes and tools with standard methodologies.
• Manages performance to meet targets and SLAs; participates in KPI reviews.
• Provides reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Leads continuous improvement through process simplification and cost reduction.
• Develops and aligns team strategy with department direction.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and communicates value-add.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and escalations when needed.
• Supports department improvement programs and growth initiatives.
• Assists in hiring, training, and onboarding of new resources.
