Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation, now part of Xerox, seeks a Sales Operations Support Manager to lead day-to-day activities across sales operations teams in Cebu. This L1 manager role focuses on aligning processes, tools, and people to meet targets and SLAs while driving continuous improvement.

You'll mentor staff, manage performance, coordinate with global counterparts, and deliver timely reports to senior stakeholders, supporting growth and efficient operations on a global stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Leadership and management experience in Sales, Operations, or BPO preferred.
• Experience managing multi-disciplined teams across geographies.
• Experience delivering operations through the use of technology solutions.
• Experience working in a matrix organization to obtain information or desired results.

Responsibilities

• Drives operational effectiveness in day-to-day operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversees a diverse group of functions supporting sales teams and country operations.
• Adopts standard processes, tools, and methodologies and supports deployment of improvements.
• Manages and analyzes team performance to meet targets and SLAs; coordinates with the L2/SPL.
• Provides timely reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develops and executes staff development and coaching; supports hiring and onboarding.
