Job summary

Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach the Sales Engineering team across all territories. You will own the sales target and forecast, driving the full revenue cycle for AEA's portfolio including solar PV, BESS, EVCS, switchgear, transformer, FDAS, and SCADA/OT-IT.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in technical/industrial sales with team leadership, PH power-sector account management, and a valid Philippine driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical/industrial sales with team leadership.
• PH power-sector account management experience.
• Valid Philippine driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive relationships across EDCs, NPC, utilities, and large accounts.
• Review technical-commercial proposals with the Proposal desk.
• Enforce pipeline discipline in the Sales Monitor.
• Report to the President.
