Job summary

Ambas Electric & Automation seeks a Business Development Manager to open and grow strategic accounts across the power sector and industrial markets. You will identify new market segments, build executive relationships with utilities and large customers, and shape go-to-market plans for solar PV, BESS, EVCS, and automation solutions.

Reporting to the President, you will collaborate with Sales Engineering and Proposal teams to convert opportunities, manage the pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years in B2B business development or key-account management.
• PH power-sector network or strong local contacts.
• Valid Philippine driver's license.
• Experience in Power Plant, Mining, Water, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Sugar, or Renewables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build executive relationships with major utilities and large accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Proposal teams to win opportunities.
• Track pipeline and report to the President.
