You will generate new business opportunities through various channels, implement plans from the hotel's sales and marketing strategy, and lead a motivated sales team while upholding service standards and professional client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing within hospitality or luxury hotels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proven track record in securing partnerships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales to communicate and implement sales strategy with the team.
• Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Implement sales activities and plans from the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy.
• Take responsibility for the team’s sales performance.
• Lead and motivate the sales team and maintain service standards.
