Job summary

Shangri-La Group's Edsa Shangri-La Manila, a five-star deluxe city-resort in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, invites a Sales Manager to partner with the Director of Sales to drive strategy and revenue across local and international partners.

You will generate new business opportunities through various channels, implement plans from the hotel's sales and marketing strategy, and lead a motivated sales team while upholding service standards and professional client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing within hospitality or luxury hotels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proven track record in securing partnerships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sales to communicate and implement sales strategy with the team.

Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.

We are hiring for a Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager, We Rely On You To

• Assist the Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
• Handle sales activities with local and international partners
• Generate new business opportunities through various channels
• Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
• Takes responsibility for the team's sales performance
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Maintain sales and service standards of the team
