Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales experience in construction materials.
• Proven territory planning and structured field routing experience.
• Strong consultative selling and technical presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory; motorcycle or car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering sales results.
• Be the face of the brand, helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, developers, and key agencies within the assigned territory
• Identify business opportunities and provide consultative solutions aligned with client project needs
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clearly communicate product value and advantages
• Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Create strategic routing and coverage plans that balance effective account management with cost efficiency
• Monitor market trends and recommend strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage
