• Coaching sales consultants and leads to improve discovery questions, objection handling, and follow-up discipline
• Audit current sales processes and lead handling to identify weaknesses and opportunities
• Standardize lead qualification, follow-up cadence, and client communication standards
• Create and organize sales resources, playbooks, templates, and training materials
• Deliver a Train‑the‑Trainer program for internal sales leaders
• Produce monthly updates and final assessment reports with actionable recommendations
