Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Sales SME (Hard Selling) to support a group of call center associates, monitor work and attendance, and drive sales performance by providing motivation and accountability.

You will mentor, coach and guide the team to achieve KPIs, attend required training, stay current on policies, and ensure service levels meet contractual expectations while upholding Concentrix values.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide directions to a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Aufgaben

• Support of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
• Motivate direct reports on sales and KPI on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
• Improve sales performance through support, motivation and accountability.
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
• Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
• Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
• Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures; attend required manager development training.
• Promote the Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, including advocacy for team members.
