Job summary

Beiersdorf Group is seeking an Assistant Sales Controlling Manager in the Philippines to lead financial planning, analysis, and business partnering for Sales and eCommerce. You will drive growth, monitor planning vs actuals, and ensure financial impact is considered in every decision.

Responsibilities include guiding channel profitability, tracking KPIs, and supporting budgeting and S&OP processes. Strong SAP proficiency and Power BI knowledge are valued, with collaboration across Sales,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or above).
4–7 years of experience in Sales or Business Controlling.
Strong ability to analyze financial and business KPIs.
Business acumen in FMCG dynamics.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to turn insights into clear executive summaries for senior leaders.
Excellent English communication, with leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands-on experience with SAP.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and eCommerce to flag risks and drive growth.
Support planning, actuals monitoring and SOI evaluations for direct and indirect, retail and online customers.
Ensure financial impact is considered in decisions.
Guide customer planning by channel and monitor profitability.
Track KPIs and report performance vs budget.
Run monthly S&OP cash-up and manage MSO/NSP processes.
Provide reports and data to support promotions and pricing decisions.
Monitor TTC forecasting and SAP invoice verification; align accruals with spend.
Review sales incentives and budgets; train partners on processes.
Improve reporting/forecasting efficiency and lead ad-hoc projects.
