Job summary

dempsey resource management is seeking a seasoned Brand and Sales Leader in the Philippines to drive growth for major retail accounts. The role demands a proven track record in brand management, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional leadership with marketing and supply teams.

You will lead a sales team, develop strategies to expand market presence, build strong client relationships, and provide insights through reports and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in multinational companies.
• Proven track record in handling key retail accounts such as SM, Robinsons, Shopwise, Metro Retail, WalterMart, and other major chains.
• Background in Brand Management, including developing and executing brand strategies, overseeing product positioning, driving sales growth and coordinating marketing activities.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans and targets to drive market expansion and brand growth.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and supply teams to ensure seamless product distribution and strong brand visibility.
