Job summary

SM Supermalls in Pasay is seeking a Sales Officer to support revenue generation through client prospecting, sales coordination, and account servicing. You will assist with client acquisition, maintain existing accounts, and prepare sales materials to back marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, supporting meetings and presentations, handling direct selling for assigned accounts, and coordinating with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years experience in sales, customer service, account handling, or business support.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and client coordination.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare basic proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking, reporting, and presentations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Creative skills (e.g., basic copywriting, concept ideas, or design awareness) are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and sales leads
• Support prospecting, client profiling, and database maintenance
• Help arrange client meetings and assist in sales presentations
• Handle direct selling and account management for selected assigned clients
• Conduct follow-ups, negotiate basic terms, and close sales for designated accounts
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients for follow-ups and inquiries
• Provide basic client support by sharing information and coordinating requests
• Assist in customizing services based on client requirements
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business reviews
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, documentation, billing, and collections
• Support the creation of promotional packages, marketing materials and completion reports
• Support execution of below‑the‑line (BTL) activities, including on‑ground promotions, activations, and client‑specific initiatives
• Assist in managing and tracking marketing and advertising assets to ensure proper usage, availability, and timely deployment
• Assist the sales team during events, campaigns, and venue-produced activities when needed
