Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales coordinator or account officer role, preferably within a manufacturing or custom products industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Sound knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management best practices.
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients in response to enquiries.
• Follow up on sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Monitor account activities and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales transactions in the company database.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance metrics as required.
