Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Rostering and Workforce Manager in Angeles, Pampanga. You will oversee workforce planning, rostering, and capacity management to align staff with client and operational needs.

You will collaborate with Service Delivery and HR to optimise rosters, monitor utilisation, and drive data-driven improvements while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Rostering and Workforce Manager, Workforce Planner, Rostering Coordinator, or similar role.
Experience in end-to-end workforce coordination, rostering, leave planning, and demand forecasting.
Strong understanding of workforce planning principles and capacity management.
Experience working in disability or community services sector is highly desirable.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and the SCHADS Award.

Responsibilities

Forecast and plan workforce requirements based on client demand and operational needs.
Develop and maintain staff rosters that meet requirements.
Coordinate contracted hours and workforce capacity end-to-end.
Prepare, generate, and distribute rosters and scheduling information.
Monitor workforce capacity, utilisation, and leave.
Review rostering practices and identify areas for improvement.
Work with Service Delivery to meet client requirements and capacity gaps.
Ensure skills and availability match client needs.
Maintain workforce data and provide detailed reports to leadership.
Support training needs and workforce improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and standards.
