The role involves coordinating with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to align resources with contractual objectives, managing rotation-based shifts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Standard WFM profile.
• At least 8-12 years of relevant experience in WFM.
• At least 5 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement WFM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive profitability by resource optimization and cost reduction in collaboration with Operations and other departments.
• Translate business needs into workforce plans.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Lead change management for WFM processes and tools.
• Contribute ideas to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT on resource planning.
• Develop resources under their span.
