Job summary

• More than 15 years of rewards, performance management and HR consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Thrive in problem-solving and shaping solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to produce annual revenue targets.
• Lead business development efforts including generation of leads and engagement with prospects.
• Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and upselling opportunities.
• Lead or support projects across job evaluation, salary structure design, incentives, KPI setting, and benchmarking.
• Facilitate decision-making, manage risks and ensure change control throughout projects.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects and ensure quality of analyses.
• Develop expertise on rewards trends in the Philippines and maintain delivery standards.
• Contribute to Marsh HR & Leadership Academy workshops.
• Elevate Marsh People branding via trends, POVs and networking at conferences and associations.
