Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Release Lead to oversee enterprise-wide release planning, governance, risk management, and deployment coordination.

You will align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive improvements across the release lifecycle. The role requires at least 5+ years of experience in release or project management within Agile/DevOps environments, with hands-on Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and AWS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Project Management, IT Service Management, or Software Delivery.
• Strong experience managing enterprise software releases in Agile, DevOps, or hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, Jenkins, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage release roadmaps aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Forecast release schedules and identify bottlenecks within delivery pipelines.
• Coordinate release activities across multiple teams, applications, and environments.
• Ensure dependencies are identified and managed throughout the release lifecycle.
• Facilitate alignment between Product Owners, Project Managers, Development Teams, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
