Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

• Establish and maintain standardized release management processes and best practices.

• Develop and manage the enterprise release calendar in collaboration with project managers and technical teams.

• Coordinate release schedules across multiple projects and portfolios to minimize conflicts and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Release Management, Project Management, Service Transition, or a related role.

• Proven experience managing software releases in enterprise or large-scale IT environments.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent releases and competing priorities.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with change management and IT service management practices.

• Experience with release planning, deployment scheduling, and production implementation.

• Experience with packaged application deployments is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of version control systems and software configuration management.
