Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow RLFC’s business portfolio, report to the Marketing Head, and supervise Marketing Assistants. You will lead business development, manage client portfolios, conduct credit reviews, and present to approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.

This role requires a 4-year business degree and 3–5 years in financial services marketing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in a 4-year business-related field.
• Proven marketing experience in financial services for 3–5 years.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit review processes.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse client backgrounds and with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Initiate new client accounts, manage portfolios, and cultivate referrals from RCBC units.
• Client Engagement & Assessment: Conduct client calls, prepare call reports, handle inquiries, and secure KYC documents to build complete credit folders.
• Credit Evaluation & Committee Presentation: Write lease approvals and business information write-ups, address analyst queries, and present to approving committees to determine credit worthiness.
