Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or Economics.
• Working knowledge of cash management and electronic banking.
• 5–7 years of industry experience in transaction banking or relationship management.
• Proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-deal reviews to understand why mandates were won or lost, and use these insights to refine the IBG sales strategy and product positioning.
• Collaborate with external Bank partners and YGC affiliates to bundle solutions with RCBC products, creating a more comprehensive and "sticky" client ecosystem
• Conceptualize and execute targeted sales "Sprints" designed to drive immediate spikes in CASA ADB and throughout.
