Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow RLFC’s business portfolio, report to the Marketing Head, and supervise Marketing Assistants. You will lead business development, manage client portfolios, conduct credit reviews, and present to approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.

This role requires a 4-year business degree and 3–5 years in financial services marketing, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proven marketing experience in financial services for 3–5 years.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit review processes.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse client backgrounds and with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and developing RLFC’s business portfolio to achieve assigned volume targets. This role reports directly to the Marketing Head and supervises Marketing Assistants.

How You Will Contribute

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Initiate new client accounts, manage existing portfolios, and cultivate leads generated through various RCBC business units to secure client referrals.
• Client Engagement & Assessment: Conduct client calls, prepare detailed call reports, handle inquiries promptly, and secure all pre-approval requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to build complete credit folders.
• Credit Evaluation & Committee Presentation: Write lease approvals and business information write-ups, address financial analysts' queries during reviews, and present assessments to the appropriate approving committees to determine client credit worthiness.
