Job summary

FullSuite is seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Officer in Baguio. You will oversee regulatory compliance, licensing, and governance across the group, aligning with local requirements, data privacy mandates, and internal standards.

You will manage permit renewals, filings with SEC and related agencies, and maintain relationships with regulators. A background in legal operations or paralegal work is valuable for shaping compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance and corporate filings.
• Ability to build scalable compliance processes and internal controls.
• Familiarity with government regulatory portals and filing systems.
• Exposure to OSH compliance (certifications) is a plus.
• Prior paralegal, corporate compliance, or corporate secretary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the Business Permit renewal process (Mayor's Permit) every January, including clearances.
• Monitor and file SEC GIS, disclosures, and governance filings with internal legal teams.
• Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies, LGUs, and licensing offices to resolve matters and expedite filings.
• Track updates to local laws and regulations and ensure proactive compliance across operations.
