Job summary

FullSuite is seeking a highly analytical Finance Operations Manager to lead accounting operations in Baguio City. You will oversee day-to-day functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with Philippine tax regulations for local and national authorities. This role requires 4+ years in finance or auditing, with 2–3 years in supervision.

CPA is a strong advantage. You will mentor staff, strengthen internal controls, and partner with leadership on tax planning and risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a closely related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
CPA license is a strong advantage, though not strictly required.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Tax Compliance: compute, prepare, and file national and local tax returns (e.g., Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes) with BIR/LGUs.
Tax Strategy and Risk Management: monitor tax law updates and advise on tax planning and compliance risks.
Audit and Regulatory Management: be the primary contact for external auditors and BIR reviews ensuring audit-ready documents.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Team Leadership: supervise, train, and mentor local accounting staff for strict compliance.
Culture Building: foster an environment of accuracy, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
Internal Controls: enhance control frameworks and drive process improvements.
