Job summary

Successu International Inc. is seeking an Administration & Corporate Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance and corporate documentation at our Manila-area facility.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with external legal counsel. The successful candidate will manage government permits and accreditation processes, ensuring alignment with SEC, BIR, ISO/GMP/HACCP/HALAL standards, and related regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Legal Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Political Science, Paralegal Studies) and relevant coursework.
• 4–6 years of experience in administration, corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal documentation.
• Hands-on experience with government permits, licenses, regulatory compliance, and corporate documentation.
• Experience coordinating with external legal counsel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage government permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate customer and supplier accreditation processes.
• Coordinate corporate documentation and legal documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance across SEC, BIR, LGU, BFP, ISO/GMP/HACCP/HALAL standards.
• Handle contracts and NDAs.
• Collaborate with government agencies as needed.
