• Implement a risk-based compliance strategy balancing regulatory requirements with growth.
• Use compliance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with business, operations, and risk teams to embed compliance in decisions.
• Monitor regulatory developments to inform long-term compliance planning.
• Lead initiatives to promote ethical behavior and regulatory awareness.
• Provide actionable compliance insights to senior management for decisions and resource allocation.
