Job summary

HRTX in Taguig City is seeking a Head of Regulatory Compliance & Governance to lead the organization’s compliance and governance program from its hybrid office. You will oversee regulatory compliance, guide senior management, monitor developments, and ensure policies align with laws and regulations.

You will lead the Compliance team, manage regulators and stakeholders, and represent the company in regulatory discussions, building a strong risk and control culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• CPA or LLB is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in compliance management in financial services, insurance, banking, asset management or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, governance and risk management.
• Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience dealing with regulators is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall compliance and governance function.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the business.
• Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures and standards.
• Oversee compliance monitoring, testing and reporting activities.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Compliance & Governance to lead the organization's compliance and governance activities.

The role will oversee regulatory compliance, provide guidance to senior management and business units, monitor regulatory developments, and ensure that policies and processes are aligned with applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will also lead the Compliance team, manage key stakeholders, and represent the organization in regulatory and industry engagements.

Key Responsibilities
