• Liaises with multiple Operations teams/departments.
• Act as SME on cross-functional processes and project deliverables.
• Stay updated on organizational procedures to recommend customized solutions.
• Serve as SME in business planning and analysis for the operations area.
• Coach and advise junior staff on operational processes across functions.
• Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and streamline processes.
• Oversee resource management and allocation for multiple teams/projects.
• Assess risk in decision making, ensure compliance with laws and Citigroup policies.
