Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Reference Data Services Sr Analyst to join the Operations - Services group.

You will apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to improve processes and workflows, supervise multiple teams, and act as SME to senior stakeholders on reference data and pricing setups across various systems. This role requires 5–8 years in operations management, a Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to coach new recruits.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of prior operations management experience.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Exercises full leadership and supervisory responsibility over Operations Support department typically consisting of multiple teams.
• Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for staffing, pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
• Directly impacts the area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning.
• Responsible for opening and maintaining customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups, and actively ensuring that customer/product data details and settlement instructions across a variety of systems remain up to date.
