Job summary

The role involves planning, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and collaborating with global teams to ensure accurate reference data. You will own ad-hoc projects from inception to completion, provide metrics to management, and contribute to risk-aware decision making while upholding Citi's policies and controls within a capital markets

Qualifications

• Experience with data remediation in capital markets is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and root causes.
• Experience collaborating with global teams.
• Familiarity with client static data management.

Responsibilities

• Remediate data in Clients and Security Coding systems.
• Perform trend analysis and identify root causes.
• Liaise with teams globally to ensure data quality.
• Provide high level customer service to internal stakeholders.
• Own ad-hoc projects from inception to completion.
• Provide metrics to Management.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made and support regulatory compliance.
