Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Program Specialist in Metro Manila to manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to onboarding, and to act as a talent advisor for clients. You will build relationships with Hiring Managers and oversee contractor management, time/expense tracking, and reporting across the recruitment process.

• End-to-end recruitment process experience and knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers across the requisition lifecycle.
• Manage requisition intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers, onboarding and offboarding.
• Utilize reports to monitor open requirements and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with staffing suppliers and ensure timely responses.
• Document issues and track resolutions in the appropriate system.
• Provide ongoing communication with clients and partners via multiple channels.
