Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Program Specialist to manage full lifecycle requisitions, partner with Hiring Managers, and ensure timely talent delivery. You will coach staffing suppliers, monitor SLAs, and maintain performance metrics while delivering high-quality client service.

You will engage across recruiting stages from intake to onboarding, leveraging Fieldglass/Beeline, and providing data-driven insights to enhance sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology, preferably contract recruitment (contingent workforce management)
• MSP or contract hiring experience is a plus
• Successful experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders at different stages of the lifecycle
• Well-organized with strong follow-through and execution evidence
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Ability to interpret data from diverse sources and translate into market insights for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers through all stages of the contract labor acquisition process: requisition intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, contractor management
• Prepare insightful questions for req intake sessions and document conversations in Fieldglass/Beeline
• Use reports to track open requirements and advise on supplier sourcing strategies
• Coordinate with Hiring Manager to set expectations, timelines, and responsibilities
• Coach and oversee performance of staffing suppliers
• Document client/supplier issues and track resolutions to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, and vendor compliance
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports
• Maintain constant interaction with clients, vendors, and partners via face-to-face, VC, email, and phone
