Job summary

Pru Life UK is seeking a Manager Recruitment & Events to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and manage recruitment events in Metro Manila. You will drive innovative sourcing, optimize event impact, and supervise a team of event officers to achieve hiring goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/Marketing/Business Admin, proven recruitment and events experience, and strong data-driven decision making. Compliance with company standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven recruitment and events management experience.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract the agency force.
• Coordinate with work units for procurement of event items and design materials.
• Promote Build your Business sessions across channels and manage materials.
• Track event metrics and manage budgets and payments.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruitment event officers to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
