Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Recruitment Officer to drive significant new recruit volume across the Cebu City sector. You will partner with agency leaders, plan recruitment interventions and ensure monthly targets are met.

The role requires a business degree, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience in marketing and sales is preferred, with the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in a business discipline.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with MS Office; able to use internet, email, and Telegram effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment activities of the agency leaders in the assigned sector.
• Conduct regular briefings with agency leaders and branch recruitment staff to meet sector targets.
• Strategize and implement recruitment sourcing initiatives to accelerate volume.
• Support Build Your Business events and other recruitment platforms with credible speakers and strategic outreach.
• Ensure high conversion of leads in the recruitment pipeline through focused tracking.
