Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Understands agency recruitment concepts.
• Computer Literate and familiar with internet, email and Telegram communications.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• At least three (3) year experience in Marketing and Sales; Exposure to any agency related work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, manage and influence recruitment activities of agency leaders in the sector.
• Conduct regular briefings with agency leaders, aspiring leaders, and branch recruitment officers to meet sector targets.
• Strategize, plan and implement recruitment sourcing initiatives to accelerate volume.
• Support the Recruitment Events team in Build your Business events and ensure credible speakers and impactful recruitment sessions.
• Maximize Build your Business and other recruitment platforms within the sector.
• Ensure examination slots are fully utilized by the sector.
• Drive high conversion of BYB Guests to Coding through pipeline tracking.
