Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Manager Recruitment & Events to drive innovative recruitment strategies and oversee major events. You will lead a team, coordinate with marketing, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

The role requires proven experience in recruitment and events, plus strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on optimizing candidate experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Proven recruitment and events management experience.
• Project management and event organization experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
• Creative mindset with ability to design engaging events.
• Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• 6+ years in Recruitment/Marketing/Sales/Hospitality/Event management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract agency forces.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to align strategies with goals.
• Coordinate with CAM/Marketing for event items, designs, and approvals.
• Promote Build your Business sessions across channels and materials.
• Track event metrics and manage budgets, tokens, and payments.
• Monitor industry trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor recruitment event officers.
• Oversee logistics and budget for Build your Business sessions.
• Ensure compliance with Pru Life UK standards.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
