Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment processes onsite at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City, Philippines. Night shift role requiring proficiency with ATS and HRIS, strong communication, and meticulous data handling.

You will source candidates via multiple channels, evaluate applications, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires while adhering to privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and candidate PII security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

• Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across all phases of the staffing cycle, from posting advertisements to drafting offer letters.
• Source qualified job candidates utilizing job boards, database searches, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
• Evaluate candidate applications, work histories, and assessment results to effectively match applicant profiles with position requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and actionable hiring recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy within HRIS and ATS platforms while ensuring strict compliance with EEO laws and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) security protocols.

What You Need

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment workflows and sourcing qualified candidates across diverse channels.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook).
• Solid understanding of employment laws, EEO, Title VII, ADA regulations, and candidate PII security standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong track record of hitting target deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience leveraging modern AI tools and emerging talent technologies to streamline recruitment processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for organizing, analyzing, and reporting recruitment data.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
• Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with strong listening and influencing capabilities.
• Prior experience in an offshore service, BPO, or managed services environment.
