Colliers Philippines in Makati is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across REMS project sites, ensuring timely, well-documented staffing for a large property management portfolio. You will analyze workforce needs, forecast requirements, manage sourcing, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks with account managers and HR.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in recruitment, an HR-degree, mass-hiring experience, and strong collaboration skills; RPm

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in recruitment, with preference for real estate/property management or related industries.
• RPm license is a plus.
• Labor law knowledge.
• Experience in high-volume or mass hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all project site manpower across REMS portfolio.
• Source candidates via online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for initial interviews.
• Administer pre-employment assessments.
• Prepare hiring memoranda and employment contracts.
• Coordinate with HR and project stakeholders on openings and postings.
