• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate finance, reporting or audit.
• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidations, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in PFRS/IFRS and other regulatory accounting frameworks.
• Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis, including capex forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
