The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in project development, strong life-cycle knowledge, and proven ability to drive cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project development, preferably in real estate.
• Understanding of the property development life cycle from planning to marketing.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as design, construction, and sales, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to senior management.
• Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and profitability.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.
