Megaworld Corporation is seeking a versatile Accounting Supervisor to support the finance team in Manila. You will oversee financial statement preparation, consolidation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role involves budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and collaboration with business units. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and the ability to lead a small team, with CPA a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.
• Experience in financial statement preparation, consolidation, or analytics/reporting.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of financial statements and reports.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial and business performance dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to ensure alignment of financial data and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in both accounting and analytics functions.
• Support audit processes and management reporting needs.
