We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with proven experience in property development, real estate sales, and leasing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial reports, managing compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. With experience in Real Estate industry

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax planning, reporting, and filing activities including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax returns, etc.

Accounting Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, commissions, amortizations, and other real estate-related transactions.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with other departments.
• Monitor actual performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis.

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely submission of audit requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the accounting team; ensure proper delegation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Set goals and monitor deliverables of accounting staff.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems, policies, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Support system upgrades and digitalization initiatives related to finance and accounting.
