The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management, reporting and compliance across multiple entities or business units. This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, external partners, and auditors to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial information. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise and strategic insight to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must

• At least 5 years solid, relevant work experience in real-estate (financial reporting and/or audit experience involving real estate companies)

• Strong background in financial reporting, consolidations, and tax compliance.

• Proficiency in PFRS/IFRS and other regulatory accounting frameworks.

• Solid understanding of financial planning and analysis, including managing of capex forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.

• Experience in joint venture is an advantage

• Proven ability to manage multiple entities or business units and collaborate across functions.
