Nexus Recruitment Group seeks a seasoned Senior Manager Strategic Pursuits Content to lead a global team delivering high-quality pitch content and proposals for international client pursuits.

You will shape content strategy, oversee writers across time zones, and drive best practices in proposal writing, storytelling, and content management to elevate win rates across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in proposal writing, strategic pursuits, or business development content within professional services, consulting, legal, engineering, or financial services.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally managing geographically distributed teams and working across cultures.
• Strong business writing skills with a focus on client solutioning, value proposition articulation, risk framing, and persuasive proposal development.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, including partners and executive-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global pitch content team (5 members) in the development, refinement, and maintenance of high-impact content used in client proposals and major pursuits.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and pursuit leaders to craft tailored, client-centric narratives that address commercial challenges, legal complexity, and business value.
• Oversee a portfolio of reusable pitch content, including firm capabilities, sector-specific solutions, and key differentiators aligned with business development goals.
• Ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across a culturally diverse and geographically dispersed team.
• Guide the adoption of best practices in proposal writing, storytelling, and response structuring.
