Collaborate with Creative, Operations, Marketing, and Brand teams to develop campaign concepts, content ecosystems, and cross-channel narratives that elevate brand quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Multimedia, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, advertising, integrated marketing, or communications.
• Proven ability to conceptualize campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic content plans that align with campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand priorities.
• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of integrated campaigns from initial insight to creative execution.
• Build campaign narratives, communication frameworks, key messages, and content pillars across multiple channels.
• Translate business and operational initiatives into user-centric content and creative ideas.
• Develop visual communication directions that enhance storytelling and strengthen campaign effectiveness.
• Create mood boards, visual references, wireframes, and simple creative mock-ups to communicate campaign ideas.
• Produce creative briefs that clearly communicate objectives, insights, and emotional outcomes.
• Collaborate with designers, video producers, and creatives to ensure ideas are executed with impact.
