Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Content Coordinator, Pitch Enablement for the Global Client Pursuits team. You will manage, update and format pitch content, ensure accuracy, timeliness and alignment with brand guidelines across the firm's pitch automation platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across GCP and BD teams, drive content audits, and deliver insightful reports on content usage and performance. Strong writing, organizational and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in business, marketing, writing, communications, or a related degree.
• Experience in writing proposals or similar content, business development, sales, communications, or marketing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a track record in planning, execution and control.
• Detail-oriented, methodical and highly organized with strong time management.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills; able to work with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and management for pitches and updating content as required.
• Provide quality control checks on content and ensure branding consistency.
• Engage with GCP team and wider marketing and BD teams to revise and enhance content.
• Promote new content to relevant teams and conduct regular content audits.
• Manage the content repository and ensure proper tagging, templates and workflows.
• Generate content reports and analysis of content-related metrics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content owners and subject matter experts to source and maintain content.
• Customize pitch templates and standardize content before uploading to management systems.
