Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, warehouse, or retail operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and purchasing requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, availability, and deliveries.
• Conduct price analysis and comparison to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Monitor supplier price changes and market pricing.
• Encode and update product costs, price changes, and pricing adjustments in the system.
• Assist DISERs in updating and maintaining accurate selling prices in the system.
• Verify price changes and ensure updated selling prices are properly reflected in the system.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain organized purchasing, inventory, and pricing records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to prevent overstocking and stock shortages.
• Prepare purchasing, inventory, and price analysis reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing, pricing, and inventory procedures.
